   -----For 1-----

   3 oz. sliced veal

   1 tbs. Flour

   Salt and pepper

   2 tsp. butter

   2 tbs. Dry white wine

   1 tsp. capers

   1 tsp Lemon juice

   -----For 2-----

   6 oz. sliced veal

   2 tbs. Flour

   Salt and pepper

   2 tsp. butter

   1/4 cup Dry white wine

   2 tsp. capers

   2 tsp. Lemon juice

 

   Pound veal slices to 1/4-inch thickness. Season flour with salt and pepper and dredge

   meat in seasoned flour. Sauté veal in butter until lightly browned, 1 or 2 minutes per side.

   Remove to heated platter. Pour wine into frying pan and bring to a boil. Stir in capers and

   lemon juice. Pour sauce over veal and serve immediately.
