   2 tbs. Butter

   1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms

   1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper

   1 1/2 tbs. Flour

   1 tsp. Salt

   Dash pepper

   1 1/4 cups half and half

   2 cups diced cooked turkey or chicken

   2 tbs. Sherry

   Dash Tabasco sauce

   3 oz. Uncooked spaghetti

   1 egg yolk

   1 tbs. Grated Parmesan cheese, or to

   Taste

 

   Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Saute mushrooms and pepper 5 minutes. Blend

   in flour, salt and pepper. Add cream, stirring constantly and cook until thickened. Add

   turkey and sherry; heat through. Season with Tabasco.

 

   Cook spaghetti according to directions on page 84. Drain. Pour into a shal-low, greased

   baking dish. Add a small amount of turkey mixture to egg yolk and stir thoroughly. Add

   remaining turkey mixture and stir until blended. Pour over spaghetti and sprinkle with

   cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. For 1 serving, refrigerate or freeze half and

   serve for another meal.
