   1 1/2 tsp. Butter

   1½ tsp. Flour

   1/4 cup Chicken broth

   1/4 cup milk

   Dash Pepper

   1/4 cup Brown or wild Rice

   1,2 cup Turkey or Chicken, Cooked, Diced

   1/4 cup Mushrooms, Fresh Sliced

   1 tbs. Green Pepper, Chopped

   2 tbs. Almonds, Sliced

   -----For 2----

   1 tbs. Butter

   1 tbs. Flour

   1/2 cup Chicken Broth

   1/2 cup Milk

   Dash Pepper

   1/2 cup Brown or Wild Rice

   1 cup Turkey or Chicken, Cooked, Diced

   1/2 cup Mushrooms, Fresh, Sliced

   2 tbs. Green Pepper, Chopped

   1/4 cup Almonds, Sliced

 

   Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add flour and blend. Stir in broth and

   milk. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Add remaining ingredients ex-cept almonds. Pour

   into a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with almonds. Cover and bake in a 350-degree

   oven for 1 hour or until rice is tender.
