   1 Swordfish steak, approximately 8 oz,

   1/4 cup dry vermouth

   salt and pepper

   Lemon wedges

   -----For 2-----

   2 Swordfish steak, approximately 8 oz,

   1/2 cup dry vermouth

   salt and pepper

   Lemon wedges

 

   Preheat oven to 375 degrees place swordfish steak on a sheet of foil, curving the edges

   up. Pour vermouth over swordfish and season with salt and pepper. Seal edges of foil to

   enclose swordfish and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Carefully remove

   from foil and serve with lemon wedges.
