   1/4 cup scallops

   salt and pepper

   2 tsp. butter

   1/2 Garlic clove, minced

   2 tbs. white wine

   l tsp. chopped parsley

   Lemon wedges

   -----For 2-----

   1,2 cup scallops

   salt and pepper

   4 tsp. butter

   1 Garlic clove, minced

   1/4 cup white wine

   2 tsp. chopped parsley

   Lemon wedges

 

   Rinse scallops and pat dry with paper towels. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high

   heat. Add garlic and scallops and saute until golden brown. Add wine and simmer 1

   minute. Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon wedges.
