Salsa Cooking for 1 or 2 49826

1 medium tomato, peeled, seeded, and chopped

1 tbsp. sliced green onion

1/8 tsp. oregano

1 tsp. vinegar

2 tsp. oil

1 tbsp. chopped green chilies or ripe olives

Dash Tabasco Sauce, optional

Dash salt

 

Mix all ingredients. Keeps for several days in refrigerator. Makes 1/2 cup.
