BEEF MARINADE
1 tbs. red wine
2 tbs. olive oil
½ garlic clove,
chopped
½ bay leaf,
crumbled

yellow bell pepper pieces

onion wedges
Trim fat from
meat. Combine ingredients for desired marinade, add meat and marinate
several hours or
overnight in the refrigerator. Drain, reserving marinade, Select 2 or 3
vegetables and
thread on skewers, alternating with meat. Broil 4 inches from heat for 8
minutes, or
barbecue over hot coals for 10 minutes. Thin and baste with reserved
marinade.
