   6 oz. Red snapper fillets

   l tbs., Milk

   2 tbs. Bread crumbs

   salt and pepper

   1 tbs. butter

   1 tbs. Slivered almonds

   3/4 lb. -----For 2-----

   2 tbs. Red snapper fillets

   1/4 cup Milk

   Bread crumbs

   2 tbs. salt and pepper

   2 tbs. butter

   Slivered almonds

 

   Dip fillets in milk and then coat with breadcrumbs that have been seasoned with salt and

   pepper. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Saute fillets in butter until golden

   brown and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove fish to a heated serving

   plate. Saute almonds in pan drippings and spoon over fish.
