1/4 cup butter

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 can (5.5 oz.) Hershey's chocolate syrup

1/2 cup flour

1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Dash salt

1/2 cup chopped nuts

Frosting:

1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup sugar

3 tbs. Milk

Brownies: Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat well. Add remaining ingredients

and stir until blended. Pour batter into a greased and floured 8x8x2-inch baking pan.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Cool and frost. When frosting is set, cut into

squares.

Frosting: Combine sugar and milk in a small saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes, or until mixture

reaches soft ball stage, stirring occasionally. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.

Spread frosting over cooled brownies.
