MEAT SAUCE FOR SPAGHETTI Cooking for 1 or 2  50401

   ½ lb. Ground beef

   1/4 cup chopped onion

   ½ clove garlic, minced

   ½ cup sliced mushrooms

   1 cup Tomato Sauce

   Dash oregano

   Dash basil

   2 tbs. Red wine, optional

 

   Brown meat and onions in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in remaining

   ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti. For 1 serving,

   refrigerate or freeze remaining half of sauce for another meal.
