   2 tsp. Butter

   3/4 cup sliced carrots

   2 tsp. Brown sugar

   1/4 tsp. Prepared mustard

   Salt and pepper

   4 tsp. -----For 2-----

   1 1/2 cups Butter

   4 tsp. Sliced carrots

   1/2 tsp. Brown sugar

   Prepared mustard

   Salt and pepper

 

   Melt butter in a heavy saucepan or small skillet with a lid. Stir in remaining ingredients.

   Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
