   ½ Can Can (4 Oz.) Whole Green Chilies

   1/4 Cup Grated Monterey Jack Cheese

   1/4 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

   1 Egg

   1/4 Cup Sour Cream

   1/3 Cup Milk

   1/8 Tsp. Salt

   1½ Tbs. Flour

   Dash Baking Powder

   Salsa, Page 31, Optional

   -----FOR 2-----

   1 Can Can (4 Oz.) Whole Green Chilies

   ½ Cup Grated Monterey Jack Cheese

   ½ Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

   2 Egg

   ½ Cup Sour Cream

   2/3 Cup Milk

   1/4 Tsp. Salt

   3 Tbs. Flour

   1/8 Tsp. Baking Powder

   Salsa, Page 31, Optional

 

   Slit Chilies Lengthwise And Remove Seeds. Arrange In A Buttered Baking Dish. Sprinkle

   Cheese Over Chilies. Mix Remaining Ingredients Together And Pour Over Chilies. Bake

   In A 350-Degree Oven For 40 Minutes, Or Until Set. Top With Salsa If Desired.
