   2 Oz. Swiss Cheese, Grated

   2˝ Oz. Gruyere Cheese, Grated

   1 Tbs. Flour

   ˝Cup White Wine

   1 Tbs. Sherry

   Dash Nutmeg

   French Bread Cubes

   Ham Cubes And/Or Apple Cubes, Optional

   -----For 2-----

   4 Oz. Swiss Cheese, Grated

   5 Oz. Gruyere Cheese, Grated

   2 Tbs. Flour

   1/2 Cup White Wine

   2 Tbs. Sherry

   Dash Nutmeg

   French Bread Cubes

   Ham Cubes And/Or Apple Cubes, Optional

 

   Shake Cheese With Flour In A Plastic Bag. Let Stand At Room Temperature For At

   Least 2 Hours. Heat Wine In A Saucepan Until Bubbles Start To Rise. Add Cheese And

   Stir Until Blended. Stir In Sherry And Nutmeg. Pour Cheese Mixture Into A Fondue Pot

   And Keep Warm. Serve With Bread, Ham And Apple Cubes For Dipping.
