1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened

2 tbs. sour cream

1/2 clove garlic, crushed

1 tbsp. finely chopped green onions

1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley

1/4 tsp. dried thyme, tarragon or dill

1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel, optional

Freshly ground pepper

Mix all ingredients together until smooth, using a mixer or food processor. Spread on crackers or stuff raw mushroom caps or cherry tomatoes with cheese mixture.
