Bean Salad From Cooking for 1 or 2 49843

1 can 8 oz - kidney beans

1 can (8oz) garbanzo beans

1 jar (6oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, undrained

1 small onion, sliced

3 tbsp. wine vinegar

1 tbsp. sugar

¼ tsp. salt

½ tsp. celery seed

½ tsp. mustard seed

 

Rinse beans with water and drain. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill several hours or overnight before serving. Makes 3 cups.
