1 tsp. chopped shallots or green onions

Dash tarragon

1/3 cup Hollandaise Sauce

 

Bring vinegar, shallots and tarragon to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir into Hollandaise Sauce to blend. Makes: 1/3 cup
